What's For Lunch?

What's on the menu for lunch? The usual, would be the retort!

Stir- fried Broccoli, Carrot and Roselle

Stir-fried Leek and Beancake (Taukwa)

Braised Belly Pork in Soya sauce

A bowl of rice, please? I'm famished!

  1. My 1st time see Roselle add into stir fried, I'm curious to know how it taste. Home cook dishes always the best!

  3. Hi Sonia,
Roselle taste great, crunchy, to be added at last and stir and serve.

    Hi Tigerfish,
Roselle is from the hibiscus family. This specie yield red 'fruit' which can be boiled to make 'ribena' drink or even pickled.

  5. Wen,
I got the roselle from an organic farm I visited recently. Occasionally the market at my place carries them.
